O.J. Simpson has appealed to the Nevada Supreme Court

Trouble and O.J. Simpson seem to go hand and hand. After his acquittal of murder, Simpson now faces a lifetime behind bars. In latest news, O.J. Simpson has appealed to the Nevada Supreme Court to overturn his most recent conviction of armed robbery and kidnapping.

The incident that took place in September 2007 occurred in a Las Vegas hotel room where Simpson allegedly committed the following crimes: robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary with a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon and finally first-degree kidnapping with use of a deadly weapon.

Simpson faces anywhere from 9 to 33 years behind bars.

O.J. Simpson, most recent claims on why his ruling should be over turned is judicial misconduct, a lack of racial diversity on the jury and errors in sentencing and jury instructions.
